Funsani - Supporting Vulnerable Children

Funsani is home to 11 children and supports around 100 children in the wider community in the townships of Kwacha and Chantete.

Maanu Mbwami is one of Funsani's partner projects, based in Livingstone, Zambia.
The school caters for orphans who have lost their partents due HIV/AIDS.

Funsani Home

Funsani Home was founded on 31st December 2002 in Kitwe, Zambia, as an orphanage for children who had lost their parents to HIV/AIDS.

Projects within Zambia

Since 2005, Funsani has grown dramatically, having established links with other projects and groups in Zambia. We have extended our outreach by teaming up with Maanu Mbwami School in Livingstone.

We have also been able to extend our outreach, supporting 100 children in the local community through the Chantete Women's Group.

Through this group we are able to provide vulnerable children with donations of clothes and books.
